Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At New Jora Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Returned silver jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, tags, and any certificate or document provided with the product.
• All return and exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval by New Jora Jewellers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Customized or personalised jewellery.
• Engraved products.
• Jewellery damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
• Products returned without the original invoice, packaging, tags, or applicable certificate.
• Products that have been used, worn, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Policy

• Once a returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
• Shipping or delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order details along with clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
