New Jora Jewellers currently ships silver jewellery across all states and union territories of India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

• Custom-made or personalised silver jewellery, where available, may require additional processing time. The expected timeline will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery across India generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery to remote or difficult-to-service locations may take 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
• Any special shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly during checkout before payment is completed.
